Process, validate, and file Ocean rate pricing projects accurately and timely in AFLS system ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies.
Identify and correct discrepancies, maintain documentation/audit trail, respond to pricing queries, and support operational reporting and analysis.
Coordinate between internal teams (GSC, ROM/CPM/ROP/IPM) and external stakeholders to support smooth billing operations and achieve organizational goals.
Minimum 3 years experience in rate maintenance or related portfolio in shipping/commercial processes.
Graduate in any discipline.
Proficient with AFLS modules; good Microsoft Excel and presentation skills.
Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in relevant portfolio.
Strong understanding of commercial shipping processes including pricing calculations, surcharges, and booking requirements.
Experience in executing global transitions with governance and stakeholder management for strategic initiatives.
Ability to analyze data, foresee challenges, and recommend error resolution or process improvements; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plus.
