Contribute to application systems analysis, programming, and implementation of new or revised software systems to meet specific business needs.
Monitor and control all development phases including analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.
Act as subject matter expert advising senior stakeholders and coaching junior analysts, ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and risk management practices.
5-8 years of relevant experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, Microservices, Hibernate, Angular or similar framework, Oracle, JUnit, and SQL.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Experience managing and implementing successful projects; knowledge of consulting/project management techniques.
Experienced in end-to-end application development lifecycle with ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Comfortable advising senior stakeholders and coaching peers, demonstrating seniority and subject matter expertise.
Familiar with advanced technologies including cloud hosting, Kafka messaging, caching solutions, and development tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, with additional knowledge in AI/ML considered a plus.
