Own SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) application troubleshooting, configuration, and support within global ERP scrum teams.
Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and configure SAP EAM/IAM solutions to optimize asset maintenance and business KPIs.
Support application operations including testing, deployment to production, automation, integration, and provide ad-hoc training and mentorship to junior team members.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of experience supporting SAP EAM, Plant Maintenance Module, SAP S/4HANA with hands-on configuration expertise.
Experience with SAP ECC, S/4HANA integrations (MM, FI, CO), SAP Work Manager, and Agile/ITIL methodologies.
Must have hands-on experience on at least 2-3 SAP S/4HANA implementations or support projects including upgrades, add-on installations, and HANA environments.
Experienced in SAP S/4HANA EAM function supporting large-scale implementations or enterprise asset management operations.
Capable of operating in Agile environments with overlap across configuration, integration, and basic technical development collaboration.
Background working with clients in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing industries preferred due to domain relevance.
