Experience with denial management and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, ICD & CPT codes.
Good oral and written communication and analytical skills for AR calling in Medical Billing Process.
Experienced in managing mid-sized teams within Accounts Receivable or RCM operations, particularly denial management.
Familiar with operational stability methods such as structured coaching, performance tracking, and RCA/CAPA.
Capable of collaborating with stakeholders, driving process improvements and managing inventory allocation strategies.
