Manage and ensure timely settlement and reconciliation of equity and fixed income trades with brokers and clients, resolving breaks and discrepancies.
Drive operational efficiencies, controls, and process improvements related to trade processing and settlements.
Collaborate with internal teams (Trading Desk, Compliance, Operations) and external parties to maintain smooth trade lifecycle flows and support system enhancements and business continuity.
Minimum 3+ years experience in finance industry with familiarity in securities operations; securities lending preferred.
University degree in Business with focus on Accounting, Finance, or related financial programs.
Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of market systems such as Euroclear, DTCC, Bloomberg, BONY, Fidessa, DUCO, BPS, CRIMS.
Work location: Bangalore; Night shift hours (6PM-3AM or 7PM-4AM).
Strong operational experience managing full trade lifecycle for equity and fixed income products within large asset management or financial services firms.
Detail-oriented and process-driven with proven ability to handle escalations, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and improve operational controls.
Comfortable working in global team environment, supporting business continuity planning and leveraging technology for operational risk mitigation.
