Bachelor's or Master's degree with approximately 2 years of experience in data and visual analytics within banking or financial services support projects.
Extensive hands-on experience with Tableau including Tableau Server and dashboard design.
Proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
Experience with cloud-based data platforms and working with large, multiple datasets is a plus.
Experienced in developing operational reports and dashboards in an agile, fast-changing environment with the ability to quickly adapt to changing requirements.
Domain knowledge or prior experience in the BFSI sector preferred, enabling better understanding of business needs and context.
Familiarity with additional tools like Python, Hive, Impala, DataIKU, or Palantir is advantageous but not mandatory.
