Develop and evolve the next-generation programming model and compiler backend for NVIDIA’s Programmable Vision Accelerator (PVA), enabling optimized algorithm development for both developers and AI coding agents.
Architect and improve the PVA SDK, runtime APIs, and programming model, integrating declarative abstractions and domain-specific languages that facilitate AI agent-driven code generation and optimization.
Lead technical collaborations with internal and external customers to enhance runtime API adoption and define benchmarks for evaluating and improving agent-generated PVA code performance and correctness.
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Proficient in LLVM-based compiler and toolchain development, including experience with SIMD/VLIW processor programming and low-level C++ software development under Linux or QNX environments.
Experience integrating compilers and developer tools with AI coding agents (such as Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI) or agentic development harnesses.
Expertise in building higher-level programming abstractions (DSLs, compiler IRs) that abstract complex hardware while preserving high performance.
Experience with heterogeneous compute frameworks, especially integrating accelerators in CUDA-based pipelines.
Track record of technical ownership of compiler/runtime architecture and proactive engagement with real-world workloads to shape APIs and tooling for AI-assisted development.
