Comfortable providing 24/7 client support and technical leadership in infrastructure solutions and modernization initiatives.
Familiar with monitoring and analytical tools such as RMF, Omegamon, BMC products, MXG, CA-MICS, and capacity planning tools like CP3000, zPCR, zTPM.
