Serve as primary client support and subject matter expert for enterprise systems including Yardi Voyager, Nexus (Bottomline), and MRI across multiple organizational levels.
Manage and resolve complex system issues, transactional problems, and service requests within defined SLAs and budgets, ensuring operational continuity and efficiency.
Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to deploy system updates, optimize performance, produce compliance reports, and develop user guidance and training materials.
2-3 years of support experience with Nexus (Bottomline), MRI, or Yardi Voyager 7S systems.
Proficiency in SQL programming language.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
Bachelor's Degree preferred; at least 1 year supporting accounting or real estate software.
Experience working in real estate or accounting software support environments, focusing on ERP systems like Yardi, Nexus, or MRI.
Capable of managing client relationships across global, regional, and property/entity levels with a focus on technical issue resolution and process optimization.
Comfortable with cross-functional collaboration involving platform, design, and development teams to drive system improvements and knowledge sharing.
