Proficiency in API management, workflow automation, agile project methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Strong track record managing complex cloud automation programs integrating CRM, ERP, billing, and provisioning systems in enterprise environments.
Ability to translate business objectives into measurable technical programs with experience coordinating diverse technical and business stakeholders.
Experience driving continuous improvement including adoption of DevOps, FinOps, and AI Ops practices in managed service or cloud operations.
