Lead and manage a team of Account Specialists handling prime product orders from dealers in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East for Electric Power, Oil & Gas and Marine, Industrial business units.
Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment process including order processing, shipment coordination, export documentation, invoicing, and compliance with company policies and regulations such as SOX and Trade Compliance.
Drive implementation and improvement of policies, ensure KPI governance, handle customer and internal stakeholder communications, and manage regional commercial activities like discount approvals and invoice processing.
Bachelor’s Degree mandatory.
3-5 years of relevant experience in order processing, import/export procedures, documentation, shipping/logistics, letters of credit, and foreign trade.
Fluency in written and verbal English.
Based in Bangalore with onsite presence 5 days a week; visa sponsorship not available.
Experience managing teams within a sales & operations planning or order fulfilment environment in power and energy-related business units preferred.
Strong familiarity with order processing systems such as EOMP and SAP along with export documentation and compliance requirements.
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional coordination between dealers, factories, logistics teams, and internal departments in a global setting.
