Drive and exceed sales and growth targets across government and institutional healthcare accounts within assigned territory.
Develop and execute territory business plans covering government hospitals, medical colleges, Army, CGHS, ESIC, railways, and public healthcare systems to maximize product access and adoption.

Experienced in managing sales within institutional and government healthcare sectors with demonstrated success in prescription generation and target achievement.
Skilled in stakeholder engagement across multiple institutional levels including department heads, faculty, and pharmacists.
Capable of navigating complex institutional decision-making processes and leveraging scientific discourse to generate advocacy for innovative pharmaceutical brands.
