Operate and manage day-to-day batch processing and ensure uptime and performance of business-critical Managed File Transfer (MFT) applications.
Handle high priority incidents (P1/P2) with timely resolution, minor enhancements, code reviews, and manage planned/unplanned outages.
Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into technical changes, working with technologies including IBM Sterling suite and AWS services in a DevSecOps environment.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in implementation, support, or design of Managed File Transfer services.
Technical expertise with IBM Sterling Integrator, Control Center, File Gateway, Connect Direct; Linux, Windows, AWS file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, Connect Direct).
Willingness and ability to work shifts including weekends; job location requires hybrid working with minimum 3 days in-office weekly.
Experienced in supporting and troubleshooting IBM Managed File Transfer tools and related file transfer protocols under SLA-driven environments.
Capable of independently managing high-severity incidents and operational tasks in a multi-vendor, diverse environment with good communication skills.
Comfortable working extended hours including shift timings (2:00pm-10:30pm) and collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.
