Proactively monitor Salesforce platform health using dashboards, alerts, and telemetry to detect and prevent customer-impacting incidents.
Analyze incidents including logs and metrics to identify root causes and escalate to relevant engineering or operations teams.
Engage with affected customers to communicate issues and provide resolution guidance, while documenting support cases and contributing to knowledge base improvements.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
6–24 months experience in technical support, IT operations, systems monitoring, or related role.
Flexible to work shifts across APAC/EMEA/AMER time zones including weekends and holidays as required.
Hands-on Salesforce Admin experience (user management, roles, permission sets, flows, validation rules, Sales Cloud/Service Cloud configuration).
Familiar with Salesforce development fundamentals including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL queries for root cause analysis.
Experience working with monitoring tools like Splunk, Datadog, New Relic, Dynatrace or similar is preferred.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment supporting 24x7 platform monitoring and customer-facing incident management.
