Support and optimize SAP S/4HANA Finance and Treasury solutions post go-live in an application maintenance environment, ensuring stable and efficient finance operations.
Provide functional support across Finance and Controlling modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, IO, COPA, Product Costing, PS) and Treasury components (Cash Management, Bank Accounting, EBS, Payment Processing, Liquidity Management).
Manage incident resolution, service requests, testing, and enhancements including collaboration with global teams and business stakeholders to maintain compliance and operational effectiveness.
6 to 9 years of experience in SAP ERP / S/4HANA Finance and Costing implementation and/or support.
Strong functional knowledge of Finance and Controlling processes and hands-on experience or working knowledge of Treasury functions (Cash Management, Bank Accounting, EBS, Payment Processing, Liquidity Management).
Experience in global application maintenance support or production support environment including problem management and stakeholder collaboration.
SAP certification in relevant Finance modules is advantageous but not mandatory.
Experienced in supporting complex, integrated SAP S/4HANA Finance and Treasury environments with focus on global template deployment and local adaptation.
Capable of independently handling moderately complex functional issues and driving continuous improvement within a global, cross-functional team setting.
Comfortable working in high-impact finance operations including period-end and year-end close cycles with strong integration knowledge across business domains.
