Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for software and data products to ensure on-time, on-budget, and specification-compliant deliveries.
Identify and implement automation and process improvements to enhance testing effectiveness and efficiency, including functional, system, regression, integration, certification, and load testing.
Collaborate closely with project managers, technical leads, and subject matter experts to maintain quality standards, perform root cause analysis of issues, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives across legacy and new platforms.
Minimum 4 years of Quality Analyst experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent required.
Strong skills in manual and automated testing, including test plan construction, execution, SQL, ETL/Data Pipeline testing, API testing, and experience with tools such as Selenium, PyTest, or TestNG.
Exposure to Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP).
Experienced in medium-to-large scale projects with strong process improvement and software development lifecycle knowledge.
Demonstrates measurable impact by improving testing efficiency and quality outcomes, including automation adoption and root cause analysis.
Comfortable working collaboratively across teams to drive quality in both legacy and new product environments.
