Own and enhance the core data platform layer responsible for data ingestion, quality, governance, and interoperability across MoEngage products.
Design and lead initiatives for data observability, detecting and resolving schema drift, data drops, and pipeline failures to prevent impact on customers.
Collaborate with engineering and enterprise customers to develop scalable, compliant, and reliable data architectures while driving roadmap prioritization based on platform health metrics.
5+ years of experience building data products such as data pipelines, platforms, or observability tooling.
Strong understanding of data engineering concepts including data models, schemas, identity resolution, data relationships, and reconciliation.
Experience with enterprise or BFSI-grade customers involving data compliance, retention, and auditability.
Work Experience Required: 5+ years of relevant experience.
Proven ability to influence and align product, engineering, and business stakeholders on roadmap and technical decisions without direct authority.
Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or Data Warehouses is a plus, indicating familiarity with complex data ecosystems.
Comfortable translating complex technical data architecture trade-offs into business narratives for diverse audiences including engineering teams and leadership.
