Experience in requirement gathering, functional/technical specification writing, interface design, testing support (unit/system/UAT), and change request/ticketing processes.
Experienced Workday integration professional comfortable working independently and collaborating with senior technical and business stakeholders on complex HR/payroll SaaS integration projects.
Track record of managing integration release cycles, impact assessments, and continuous improvement in integration solutions.
Strong communicator capable of mentoring others, producing detailed technical documentation, and enabling teams through knowledge transfer.
