Own and lead end-to-end talent acquisition including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for the EdTech company.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals covering recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning.
Manage HR policies, labor law compliance, employee relations, conflict resolution, and oversee performance appraisal and training initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar HR leadership role, preferably in EdTech or tech industry.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulations.
Work Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai. Shift Timings: 10AM – 7PM. Working Days: Monday to Saturday, Sunday off.
Experienced in fast-paced, dynamic environments, adaptable to change in HR functions.
Demonstrated ability to develop HR strategies that align with company growth and foster employee engagement and retention.
Familiarity with HR software/tools and proficiency in HR analytics/data-driven decision-making preferred.
