Lead end-to-end pharmaceutical warehouse operations ensuring uninterrupted receipt, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials and finished goods to support manufacturing and customer supply.
Ensure continuous compliance with cGMP, GDP, warehouse QMS, EHSS standards, and audit readiness for regulatory and internal inspections.
Drive operational excellence through GPS/Lean practices, manage warehouse resources, equipment, and lead personnel to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, science, engineering, supply chain, logistics, or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or materials management.
Knowledge and hands-on experience with cGMP, GDP, Quality Management Systems (QMS), EHSS, and SAP ERP for warehouse operations.
Regular onsite presence at the warehouse in India required.
Experience leading pharmaceutical warehouse operations in regulated manufacturing environments with focus on compliance and operational efficiency.
Demonstrated capability in applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, GPS, or Six Sigma.
Comfortable managing cross-functional coordination with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to maintain material flow and inspection readiness.
