Manage and support daily operations of critical business applications related to IBM Managed File Transfer technologies, including Sterling Integrator and related tools.
Resolve high priority incidents (P1/P2) rapidly to maintain operational SLAs and handle service requests, application outages, minor enhancements, and code reviews.
Collaborate with business users to understand requirements and translate them into technical changes, working within a DevSecOps model and shifts including weekends.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
2+ years experience in implementation, support, or design of Managed File Transfer services.
Proficiency with IBM Managed File Transfer tools: Sterling Integrator, Control Center, File Gateway, Connect Direct; knowledge of Linux, Windows, AWS file transfer, and file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS).
Willingness to work in shifts including weekends; good communication skills; ability to work in-office at least 3 days/week; work timings: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
Experienced in managing complex IBM MFT environments with strong troubleshooting and problem resolution skills, especially under high-priority incidents.
Comfortable working in a multi-vendor, multi-national environment within a DevSecOps operational model with shift-based schedules.
Demonstrates leadership aptitude and business acumen to interact effectively with technical and business stakeholders for requirement gathering and operational excellence.
