Establish and operationalize a centralized supplier risk management framework across business units, embedding risk governance throughout the supplier lifecycle.
Lead proactive identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of supplier risks across financial, operational, compliance, ESG, and geopolitical dimensions using digital tools and analytics.
Drive risk visibility, compliance adherence, reporting, and escalation management to enable informed leadership decisions and maintain audit-ready documentation.
5–8 years of relevant experience in supplier risk management, procurement risk, or third-party risk management within global procurement environments (Pharma, MedTech, FMCG/CPG).
Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, BMS, B.Tech or equivalent; MBA or master’s degree preferred.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), supplier risk platforms (e.g., Aravo, ProcessUnity), and data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
Work Experience Required: 5–8 years in relevant domain
Experienced in multi-business unit and shared services operating models across geographies, especially within regulated and compliance-heavy industries.
Demonstrates strong expertise in supplier segmentation, governance, financial controls, and procurement risk frameworks.
Comfortable managing cross-functional global stakeholders including procurement, risk, legal, finance, and audit teams with strong execution discipline and risk governance focus.
