Lead a team managing day-to-day administration, support, and governance of the Zycus Source-to-Pay (S2P) platform.
Oversee issue resolution, release planning, stakeholder engagement, and process optimization for procurement functions across multiple teams and vendors.
Drive system stability, user adoption, service quality, continuous improvement, compliance, and team performance metrics.
9-14 years experience administering or supporting Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay, or procurement technology platforms.
2+ years experience leading or supervising a team or project workstream preferred.
Strong hands-on experience with Zycus platform preferred; experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud also considered.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Deep understanding of Source-to-Pay processes including requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, supplier onboarding, sourcing, catalog, and contract management.
Proven experience leading teams and managing high-volume support environments with strong stakeholder engagement skills across Procurement, AP, IT, and suppliers.
Strong capabilities in system configuration governance, testing, change control, reporting, supplier integration (cXML, punchouts), and project/change management in global, multi-region environments.
