Support PMO and digital transformation for capital projects in metals & mining sector, focusing on schedule, budget, risk, and quality control.
Build and maintain schedules, dashboards, and reports using Primavera/MS Project and Power BI/Tableau, integrating advanced digital tools like 5D BIM, drone/LiDAR, IoT geo-fencing, and GenAI assistants.
Coordinate with EPCs, vendors, and regulators, maintain PMO documentation, and support procurement/vendor performance management.
2-5 years relevant experience in construction, metals/mining, and PMO on capital expenditure projects.
Educational qualification: Preferably M.Tech (NICMAR), alternatively BE/B.Tech (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical) plus MBA with relevant project experience.
Hands-on experience with Primavera/MS Project, Power BI/Tableau/Excel, BIM tools (Navisworks/Revit/Synchro); exposure to drone/LiDAR and IoT tracking is advantageous.
PMP® certification preferred; willingness to obtain within 12 months is required.
Experienced in managing large-scale metals & mining capital projects with exposure to marquee, multi-billion dollar projects.
Technically proficient in advanced digital and AI-enabled project management tools like 5D BIM, digital twins, drone/LiDAR, IoT geo-fencing, and GenAI copilots.
Comfortable with extensive travel to project sites and client offices; capable of integrating complex project data into actionable dashboards and reports.
