Contribute Go code and automation to build and extend Nike's Kubernetes-native Cloud Networking Control Plane, focusing on Crossplane compositions and Kubernetes controllers.

Own well-scoped features end-to-end including design, testing, deployment, documentation, and participate in on-call rotations and incident management.
2-4 years professional software engineering experience in cloud infrastructure or backend services.
Proficiency in Go, Kubernetes (manifests, controllers, CRDs), Terraform (module development, state, plan/apply), and AWS core networking (VPCs, subnets, route tables, security groups, NACLs, endpoints).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
Comfort with Linux environments, CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and multi-timezone collaboration; Azure networking experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Individual contributor comfortable delivering end-to-end features on cloud native infrastructure components like Crossplane compositions and Kubernetes controllers.
Experience operating large-scale AWS networking environments with familiarity or interest in multi-cloud (Azure) provisioning.
Engineer with strong software fundamentals who writes clear documentation and tests enabling autonomous operation and participates effectively in on-call incident response.
