Build, review, and deliver complex GenAI solutions including Insights Copilot and related enterprise AI products.
Develop AI applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, LangChain, LangGraph, and FastAPI integrating with databases and cloud platforms.
Own assigned features end-to-end including testing, deployment, production support, and collaborate with senior engineers to convert business problems into scalable AI solutions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI, ML, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3 to 5 years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning engineering, or related technical field.
Strong hands-on experience with AI application development including LLMs, RAG workflows, API development, code reviews, and Agile environments.
Location requirement: Bangalore (Onsite).
Experienced AI engineer comfortable with complex GenAI and LLM-based enterprise product development with focus on scalable and production-ready solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in AI-assisted development tools and system design fundamentals.
Familiar with advanced AI engineering practices such as prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, vector databases, and cloud AI deployments.
