Lead execution of large-scale embedded system projects including supplier and lifecycle management to meet strategic global sourcing and business initiatives.
Manage project scope, risks, technical requirements, and ensure achievement of all MLD targets such as cost, quality, and on-time delivery at key milestones.
Oversee cross-functional alignment, project resource allocation, stakeholder reviews, and corrective actions to meet KPIs for quality and productivity linked to business plans.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
6+ years experience in high-tech industry focused on electrical/electronics engineering design.
Experience with embedded system development lifecycle and hands-on knowledge of engineering change management and design transfer processes.
Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheets, Power BI, and skills in Power BI, Power Apps, AI & Analytics.
Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders in complex technical projects.
Experience working in regulated industries, preferably with medical device development and manufacturing environment (PMP certification or MBA is a plus).
Strong ability to balance schedule, cost, quality, and technical requirements with a focus on business case maximization and efficiency.
