Lead end-to-end enterprise software implementation projects for ETP Unify and Ordazzle across Asia Pacific, Middle East, India, and other international locations.
Manage project governance including charter, planning, scheduling, risk, change management, and executive reporting to ensure schedule adherence, quality, customer satisfaction, and project profitability.
Lead and coordinate cross-functional, geographically distributed teams (5-20 members) including functional, technical, QA, and support personnel while actively managing stakeholder relationships and escalations.
8-15 years overall work experience with minimum 5 years managing enterprise software implementation projects.
Experience working with cloud/SaaS solutions and enterprise customers, including multi-country project management.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile fundamentals) and certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific, Middle East, India, and other international customer locations.
Experienced in retail, omnichannel commerce, POS, CRM, ERP, or ecommerce domains linked to unified commerce solutions.
Capable of managing complex, multi-country cloud/SaaS project implementations with strong customer engagement skills, managing escalations, executive communications, and steering committee presentations.
Operates effectively in matrix organizations leading cross-functional and distributed teams, with strong commercial awareness to manage project scope and profitability.
