Own and prioritize the product backlog for the Secure Cloud product area, ensuring alignment with vision, goals, and regulatory compliance.
Develop, communicate, and monitor product area vision, strategy, KPIs, and risk management across cloud environments.
Collaborate continuously with customers, stakeholders, cybersecurity, and delivery teams to ensure effective product lifecycle execution and resolve prioritization conflicts.
8-14 years of relevant work experience, preferably in Financial/BFSI industry.
Graduate or Post-graduate degree required.
Experience working with Agile and Waterfall project delivery methods.
Hybrid work setup required with minimum 3 days per week onsite; availability for India-US interface role till 11:30PM India time.
Experienced in combining operational excellence (standardized work, continuous improvement) with software-based technology implementations.
Strong ability to engage senior LOB stakeholders and cross-functional teams with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Agile tools (Jira, Confluence), and familiar with Agile certifications (PSPO, CSPO, Scrum, BA) preferred.
