Manage financial reporting and compliance activities related to P&L, Balance Sheet, General Ledger, and period-end close for entities with ~£17bn turnover.
Own entity trial balances ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of IFRS reports; control and reconcile Balance Sheets in cooperation with BPO partners.
Lead compliance with SOX controls and financial audits; handle complex analyses and drive continuous process improvements while managing one or more accountants/analysts.
Accounting degree or qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, MBA, or equivalent.
5 to 8 years of relevant work experience in financial controlling and statutory accounting.
Working knowledge of IFRS, SOX controls, and experience with SAP strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to drive financial process improvements and collaborate with BPO partners and auditors for statutory reporting.
