Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental science, engineering, occupational health and safety, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
Typically 5+ years relevant experience in consulting, operational compliance, regulatory compliance, or environmental management advisory roles.
Experience applying US (NA and EMEA) and international EHS regulatory frameworks such as Clean Air Act, RCRA, Clean Water Act, SPCC, EPCRA, ISO 14001/45001 standards.
Experience with compliance platforms (e.g., legal registers, compliance calendars, obligation trackers, Enablon, Sphera).
Demonstrated ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable compliance procedures and governance improvements within a QA/QC framework.
Experience working with global, cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a consulting or advisory environment.
Familiarity with US, NA, EMEA multi-state or international environmental regulations and operational compliance projects, with experience in EHS auditing, permitting, and regulatory reporting.
