Proficient with IBM MFT tools: Sterling Integrator, Sterling Control Center, Sterling File Gateway, Sterling Connect Direct; knowledge of Linux, Windows, AWS file transfer.
Ability and willingness to work in shifts including weekends; strong communication skills and ability to independently handle tasks.
Experienced in troubleshooting and resolving high-priority MFT incidents in a multi-vendor environment operating under SLAs.
Skilled in both technical support and minor application enhancements with understanding of file transfer protocols (SFTP, FTPS, HTTPS, Connect Direct) and AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, CloudWatch).
Comfortable working outside normal hours and coordinating with business users to align technical interventions with business needs.
