Own end-to-end delivery of software changes, from requirements inception through production rollout.
Perform production support tasks including incident monitoring, service request fulfillment, change and problem management, and weekend events like software releases and BCP testing.
Manage application health reporting, documentation, and implement monitoring tool changes and automation initiatives to mitigate risks.
6 to 9 years of support experience in Investment Banking or Financial domain (mandatory).
Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, C#, C++, Typescript, Python, Shell scripting, or PowerShell.
Strong skills in SQL, Linux, and Bash/Ksh scripting.
Experience (5+ years) managing multiple applications including in-house and vendor-based; familiarity with DevOps tools (Git, Bamboo, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes).
Computer Science or equivalent degree required.
Note: Role requires night shift (9pm – 6am).
Experienced in managing software development lifecycle with strong focus on production support and multiple application environments.
Technically versatile with proficiency in scripting, automation, and DevOps practices, enabling process enhancements and risk mitigation.
Capable of working independently during night shifts, proactive in problem solving, and eager to learn new technologies and equities trading workflows.
