Manage and support global FIX connectivity requests for clients, vendors, brokers, and exchanges.
Handle daily trading operations support for High Touch & Low Touch cash Equities, SWAP, and F&O desks.
Conduct FIX testing and certifications, maintain connectivity setups, and collaborate with regional FIX teams globally.
6-8 years total experience with at least 3-5 years specialized in FIX technology, including certification and client onboarding.
Experience with Cameron FIX or Appia or other FIX engines and strong knowledge of Cash Equity and SWAP/F&O DMA/DSA FIX environments.
Exposure to Asian exchange rules (HK, China CONNECT, JP, KR, SG, TW, AU, IN, ID) and Trade Flow systems relevant to these markets.
Experience using FIX testing tools (VeriFIX) and monitoring tools (KIBANA, Grafana, Logstash, Elastic search, ITRS) and incident/change management tools (SNOW).
Experienced in Broker/Dealer environments with strong domain expertise in DMA/DSA trading and FIX connectivity.
Capable of independently managing FIX certification projects and connectivity setups across multiple global regions.
Comfortable operating in high-pressure trading floor environments with ability to interact effectively with vendors and traders.
