Own and enhance reliability, scalability, and performance of critical financial services applications in Production Services.
Serve as escalation point for production issues and drive incident management including root cause analysis and remediation.

5+ years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role supporting mission-critical financial services applications.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
Strong programming/scripting skills in Python and Shell; knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes) and monitoring tools (ELK, New Relic).
Experience with Oracle databases (SQL, stored procedures) and version control/build tools (GitHub/Bitbucket, Jenkins).
Experience working in highly regulated financial services environments with knowledge of trade lifecycle and portfolio management domains.
Proven ability to influence development teams and business stakeholders to embed reliability and performance standards.
Comfortable working under pressure with strong incident management, problem-solving skills, and a focus on automation and proactive risk reduction.
