Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

Around 3 years of experience in C/C++ programming.

Familiarity with mainstream MCUs (Renesas RH850, NXP S32K, or Cortex-M cores preferred).

Willingness to travel up to 20% and work in a hybrid office setup.

Experienced in embedded software development for automotive infotainment or telematics systems.

Skilled in AUTOSAR and low-level MCU driver development with global team collaboration experience.

Comfortable working with engineering metrics and continuous improvement in a hybrid work environment.
