Build and maintain reusable Grafana dashboards, plugins, and operational analytics integrating observability technologies like Prometheus, Loki, Tempo, and OpenTelemetry.
Collaborate with Platform Engineering, SRE/DevOps, and Product Engineering teams to improve platform reliability, onboard services, troubleshoot distributed systems, and deliver secure, scalable cloud-native solutions.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
4–8 years of software development experience, preferably in platform engineering, observability platforms, or cloud-native enterprise applications.
Strong hands-on experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Tempo/Jaeger, and OpenTelemetry.
Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Go with API and microservices development experience.
Experienced with Kubernetes (preferably Azure Kubernetes Service) and cloud-native architectures supporting distributed systems and CI/CD.
Strong knowledge of telemetry ingestion, monitoring, logging, operational analytics, and troubleshooting complex distributed applications.
Capable of collaborating across multiple teams (Platform Engineering, SRE/DevOps, Product Engineering) to deliver high-quality, maintainable, scalable observability solutions in industrial environments.
