Capable of managing full project lifecycle for automation upgrades with a strong focus on technical problem solving, safety compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder coordination.
Skilled in digital manufacturing tools for Industry 4.0 initiatives, performance monitoring (OEE, MTBF, MTTR), and driving continuous operational improvements.
