Manage the complete inbound expatriate lifecycle for the APAC region, including assignment initiation, remuneration, compliance, and expatriate payroll coordination.
Coordinate directly with Base Location HR, payroll teams, immigration and tax vendors, and local authorities for end-to-end expatriate support and compliance (visas, work permits, social security).
Handle relocation logistics, insurance enrollments/extensions, expenses, salary reviews, contract preparation, and repatriation processes.
Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) required.
Minimum 10 years of experience in end-to-end inbound expatriate lifecycle management is mandatory.
Must have experience coordinating with payroll, immigration, tax vendors, and local authorities in the APAC region.
Work Experience Required: 10 years in relevant expatriate management domain.
Experienced in managing complex international assignment processes within APAC, including cross-border coordination between sending and receiving countries.
Demonstrated expertise in handling compliance, tax, social security, visa, and immigration matters for expatriates.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders including HR, payroll, vendors, consulates, and local authorities, indicating strong operational and coordination skills.
