Design and implement SAP Convergent Mediation (CM) solutions including mediation pipelines, routing logic, and data processing mechanisms.
Manage integration of SAP CM with SAP Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), and external systems for high-volume data mediation.
Lead full lifecycle activities including functional specification drafting, testing (unit, SIT, UAT), defect remediation, deployment, and hypercare.
4-5 years hands-on experience with SAP Convergent Mediation (CM).

Experience in high-volume data mediation environments such as telecommunications or subscription commerce with strong testing and defect resolution track record.
Familiarity working in Agile/Scrum teams with exposure to system performance optimization and SAP S/4HANA integrations.
