Own and prepare monthly HQ-level financial reporting and quarterly outlook rolling reports, consolidating all HQ financial statements.
Coordinate with functional departments and business operations for end-to-end finance support, including tracking big projects' expenses and month-end closing.
Monitor compliance with company finance policies and procedures across legal entities and perform cost centre reviews and accrual adjustments for P&L accuracy.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
5+ years of relevant financial and management reporting experience, preferably in a multinational corporate finance or American company.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and proficiency in SAP ERP, Excel, and Hyperion Financial Management system.
Good command of English language.
Experienced in financial planning & analysis with operational ownership over corporate reporting and forecasting.
Skilled in working cross-functionally with various departments to support financial tracking and ensure reporting accuracy.
Comfortable with detailed compliance monitoring and managing financial data trends and variance analysis.
