Experienced in facilitating Agile delivery for Commercial Data, Analytics, and AI projects within large matrixed organizations.
Strong operational focus on improving delivery practices through metrics, automation, and knowledge management.
Skilled in cross-functional stakeholder communication, coaching teams on Agile principles, and managing complex dependencies and risks.
