Expertise in Salesforce Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, Vlocity OmniStudio, and domains like Trade Promotion Management, Retail Execution, Revenue Cloud, FMCG, and related integrations.

Proficient in Salesforce architecture, Apex, LWC, REST & SOAP APIs, continuous integration tools (e.g. Git), and enterprise integration including authentication mechanisms.

Salesforce Certifications preferred including Admin, Developer, Sales, Service Clouds and Application Architect; specific experience or certification in OmniStudio Developer/Consultant.

Experienced senior architect adept at complex Salesforce implementations in Consumer Goods, Retail, or FMCG sectors with ability to handle enterprise integration challenges.

Strong capability to lead design and deployment workshops and consult at the enterprise architecture level with clients and partners.

Demonstrated skill in combining Salesforce industry-specific tools with custom development to architect scalable and integrated business processes.
