Prepare, develop, and analyze financial information to support senior management decision-making for organizational growth and profitability.
Manage month-end accounts close, ensure accuracy of P&L and Balance Sheet, and meet all Group reporting deadlines.
Lead onboarding of additional scope, ensure adherence to internal controls, support external audit processes, and drive continuous improvement activities within Financial Accounting and Control.
Professional accounting degree required.
Minimum 4+ years experience in General Accounting.
Experience with financial control processes including account reconciliations and substantiations.
Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Oracle Fusion, and Blackline is preferred but not mandatory.
Strong background in processing core accounting transactions and consolidations to accurately reflect general ledger balances.
Experience working in finance shared services or multi-division finance environments.
Demonstrated ability to maintain high accuracy and meet tight reporting deadlines, working collaboratively across global teams.
