Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations including blueprinting, realization, go-live, and production support.
Design and document business and system solutions, configure S4HANA FI CO modules, and manage integration and testing processes including unit, integration, and UAT.
Conduct workshops, deliver user training, and provide ongoing support to optimize client financial processes and reporting.
3-20 years experience in SAP with at least 1 full E2E SAP FICO implementation.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Science, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Willingness to travel for short and long term durations.
Experienced in SAP FICO configuration and trainings specifically in General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre and Profit Centre Accounting, Internal Orders, and Electronic Bank Statement.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and SAP certification is preferred.
Operates effectively in client-facing roles requiring end-to-end solution design, testing management, and cross-functional collaboration.
