Develop and coordinate system test concepts, plans, and objectives working closely with engineering leads and management.
Manage system test personnel overseeing their daily activities and provide technical guidance and training to junior staff.

Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B Tech), Master’s in Computer Application (MCA), or related field.

Experienced in system test engineering with ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional activities.
Practical knowledge or experience in embedded software testing and transit domain or Automatic Fare Collection Systems (AFCS) is a plus.
Capable of interfacing with multiple stakeholders including engineering, QA, customers, and vendors to drive test activities and resolve issues effectively.
