Experienced in delivering Virtual Assistant and Contact Center Cloud Technology projects, with knowledge of Conversational AI and Large Language Model integrations.
Proficient in Agile project delivery environments, capable of independent initiative and generating technical documentation.
Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with network teams and vendors for scalable, secure IT solution delivery.
