Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from CSR and skill development programs to support program evaluation and impact assessment.
Develop, maintain, and automate Power BI dashboards and reports tracking program performance, beneficiary data, and placement metrics for leadership and stakeholders.
Design and optimize SQL queries and perform data validation to ensure data accuracy and generate regular MIS reports for informed decision-making.
1–3 years of relevant experience as Data Analyst, MIS Analyst, or Business Analyst.
