Ensure operational stability and swift resolution of clients' IT network infrastructure issues, primarily handling second-line support incidents and requests within SLA.
Configure, manage, and troubleshoot enterprise network components including Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, and firewall environments like FortiGate or Palo Alto.
Collaborate with automation teams to optimize and automate routine tasks, support change management processes, perform trend analysis for task automation, and contribute to disaster recovery as needed.
Minimum 5 years of overall networking experience.
At least 3+ years of hands-on experience with SD-WAN, specifically HPE SD-WAN (Silver Peak).
Experience with Routing & Switching, network protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, BGP, OSPF, STP), and firewall management (FortiGate or Palo Alto).
Must be based in Mangalore and willing to work onsite with rotational shifts.
Excellent technical troubleshooting and analytical skills with experience managing complex enterprise network infrastructure.
Capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and vendors for escalated network issues.
Demonstrated ability to contribute to network optimization through automation, change management, and stakeholder communication.
