Own automation and optimization of accounting and finance processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Develop and maintain automation workflows using Python, VBA, Power Automate, Alteryx, or similar tools.
Support ERP and finance system integrations via APIs and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; strong automation experience from other backgrounds considered.
1-2 years of experience in automation, systems support, or related technical roles.
Hands-on experience with Python and/or VBA scripting and automation, working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
Exposure to workflow automation/RPA tools (e.g., Alteryx, Power Automate) and understanding of finance and accounting processes (reconciliations, journal entries, AP/AR, month-end close).
Experience working directly with Finance or Accounting teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Demonstrated ability to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective automation solutions.
Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (preferably SAP), API integrations, and dashboarding/reporting tools like Power BI or Alteryx.
